Montana - My Back Yard is a show about exploring who we are, documenting it, sharing it with you, and passing down to the next generation. Outdoor experiences are as much about the camaraderie shared together in the pursuit of the fish we fish or the prey we hunt as it is about coming home with that trophy of a lifetime. The bonding and learning that occurs as we set out in pursuit of our dreams truly lasts a lifetime. And of course, a trophy now and then is appreciated.

We are fortunate enough to have Montana as our back yard playground.  We base our backyard adventures out of Lakeside, Montana a beautiful small town located on the shores of Flathead Lake.  The lake is the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi. It is 28 miles long and up to 15 miles wide. Thats 188 square miles of pure enjoyment on the lake alone.  Add the mountains, streams, and plains of Montana into the equation and you've got a hunting, fishing, outdoor, wildlife, fun filled paradise!
